Maverick Fit Men

Summer time is here and guys we all know what that means. It's time to hit the gym, take a few laps around the park, and change your eating habits to healthy ones. I'm making it an of aim of mine to do this the entire summer and to continue once the warmer season ends. Oftentimes, we put off what we can do today for tomorrow. I beseech every Maverick Men to practice living a healthy lifestyle. It's imperative that we invest in our health just like we invest our money into things that matter most to us. Furthermore, being fit is simply another way of representing style in your own personal way. Here are a three easy tips to get you started:

1. Exercise regularly three to four times a week for at least 30 minutes a day. Cardio workout is always good and necessary. It helps to keep the blood flowing and heart beating regularly. Consider push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, and squats. All of these exercises help to keep the body toned. Furthermore, these exercises will keep you in shape if you stay the course. 

2. Make sure to get your zzzz's. Health Experts recommend seven to eight hours of sleep a day. If you do this it can help decrease stress, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Guys it even helps enhance your sex life and provides great endurance. I think every man would love and could use more sleep. 

3. Eat healthy. That requires eating lots of fresh fruit and veggies. This will require cutting back on your salt and sugar intake. It may even require minimizing your food portions. Doing this can help with issues such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, weight and obesity. 

Guys if you keep these simple health tips in mind you will live a long maverick life.
